Volunteer Faculty Application is to be filled out if you are interested in serving in a Summer Session. This information will help each Dean know more about you before you are asked to serve in that session. The application will be forwarded to the appropriate Dean.
Rock Wall Participation Form (For Private Retreats using the Rock Wall.)
Consent to Discharge Policy and Release Form (for parents to fill out in advance to arriving at the registration window. This will speed up the registration procees on the day of arrival.
Off Camp Liability Release Form (fill this form out only if the camper is enrolled in off-site programming during a camp session)
Medical Release form (all faculty under the age of 18 must fill this form out)
Volunteer Questionaire & Acknowledgement Form (all summer faculty must fill this form out)
Summer Camp Evaluation Form (for faculty to fill out after camp session is over)
Wilderneess Evaluation Form (for faculty to fill out after camp session is over)
